Asama Meru Villa is located on the Dolly North Private Game Park 30 min west of the Kilimanjaro International Airport.

Amenities

Exlusive Use: Quoted & invoiced in US Dollars on per person/guest basis (except for weekly/monthly rental)

  • Inclusive of accommodation, breakfast, 1% tourism development levy and Wifi
  • Exclusive of additional meals, beverages, on-site activities & gratitudes

*children:

  • any person 14+ years of age is considered to be an adult
  • “free children” cannot outnumber the amount of paying adults

Meals:

  • Extra breakfast - $ 15 per person
  • Lunch - $ 20 per person

Check-In & Check-Out: Check in from 14:00 check out before 11:00.

Provisional booking policy:

  • Provisional bookings made 3+ months prior to arrival will expire within 14 days after date of invoicing
  • Provisional bookings less than 3 months prior to arrival will expire within 7 days after date of invoicing
  • Provisional bookings less than 1 months prior to arrival will expire within 72 hrs after date of invoicing

Payment terms:

  • 50% of payment must be made to confirm a booking. The remaining 50% must be paid seven (7)
  • The remaining 50% must be paid seven (7) days prior to arrival of guests

Cancellation policy:

  • only written cancellations will be accepted. An acknowledgement of the cancellation will be issued
  • 50% of fee if cancelled between 45-31 days prior to arrival
  • 100% of fee if cancelled less than 31 days prior to arrival

Promotional Offers:

  • Stay 3 pay 2 - Valid during off-peak season
  • complementary “Dinner Snack" for all guests staying with us before June 30th, 2024
  • 100% of fee if cancelled less than 31 days prior to arrival
